SHIPPING, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES:
Domestic shipping costs will apply to all orders and determined at time of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 15 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Returns after 15 days and before 30 days will be accepted for store credit. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or mis-shipped item, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Please adhere to our policy; we will only accept defective products at our discretion. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Simply return the packing slip included with your package, and specify that you would like to return the item and the reason for doing so. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us. Please use extra care when returning fragile items as we are not responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves. Once your package has been received at Valchea, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed in our catalog and on our website, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you and accommodate your needs.
